Dr. Anderson grew up in Henry, Nebraska, and Casper, Wyoming.  He attended Natrona County High School and then graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Wyoming in 1972.  He attended the University of Colorado Medical School and graduated in 1976.  Dr. Anderson completed his General Surgery Residency training at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.  In 1981 he returned to Casper, Wyoming, with his wife and three sons, to set up his practice in General & Vascular Surgery.  Dr. Anderson states that he enjoys living and practicing in Wyoming because of the quality life and the wonderful people. He appreciates living close to his extended family and being able to enjoy Wyoming’s great outdoor opportunities. Dr. Anderson is board certified in General Surgery and also in Vascular Surgery and has been practicing with our group since 1981.
